Personal Support Worker Coordinators
Coordinates and provides care contributing to the quality of life of individuals who live at home by promoting their independence, well-being, mobility, comfort and safety, so that they remain and participate in their community.

- Meals on Wheels
- Day services & activities
- Friendly visits & security checks
- Collaborates with other health care providers and Registered Nurses
- Adult program to enjoy social and recreational activities
Personal Support Worker
This program provides health services with the intent to promote independent living. Services may include:
- Personal care (i.e. bathing, assist with daily living)
- Meal preparation according to Care Plan
- Generic transportation (Escort when physical assistance is required)
- Respite care; to give family caregivers short periods of relief
- Day services
- Friendly visiting
- Palliative Care
- Deligated Acts
