Community Health Program
The Community Health Program provides services that promote the health and well-being of individuals and families across the five First Nations served by Mnaamodzawin Health Services. Programming supports people at every stage of life and is grounded in Anishinaabe teachings, prevention, health promotion and accessible community-based care.

Who We Serve
Services are available to eligible members of Aundeck Omni Kaning First Nation, Sheguiandah First Nation, Sheshegwaning First Nation, Whitefish River First Nation and Zhiibaahaasing First Nation.
